The dietary fibre inulin can be commonly found in chicory roots, as well as in many other fruits and vegetables, like artichokes, onions, and bananas. This food, containing over 5g chicory inulin per portion, is ideal as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle choice. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 12g chicory inulin, this means 2¼ portions of this food or from other foods containing corresponding amounts of chicory inulin.

Directions:

Add 1 heaped teaspoon (6g) to your shakes, smoothies, juices, or just simply sprinkle on food. Take up to 2 servings per day. Increase your fibre content and carbohydrate intake with 5.4g of fibre and 4.8g of carbohydrates per 6g serving. Contains less than 0.6g of naturally occurring sugars per serving.
