'One the original formulas developed by Victorian Herbalist Duncan Napier. I have made and used this compound in my clinic for the past 27 years, adapting the recipe for modern herbal practice. Napier used to say this was for the ‘Stresses and strains of modern living’ and it is as relevant today as it was in 1860.

Herbs are used to support the whole body, as stress affects our whole system. Muscle tension is eased, anxious thoughts reduced, the tense bowel relaxed and the nervous system restored.

Useful in fatigue, post-viral problems, low mood and anxiety, and daily stress.'

Herbalist suggestion: use with Vitamin B complex and relaxing herb tea blends

Directions:

2.5ml in water 3 times daily.
